Best Ever Brownies

Notes/Suggestions:  These are so good with a glass of milk or a cup of hot chocolate. Makes 24 brownies.

Ingredients:
  • 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter then dust with coco powder. Set aside.
  2. Create a double boiler by putting about 2 inches of water into a medium sized sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Put a heatproof bowl over the sauce pan so it fits nicely in the pan, but not touching the water.
  3. Put the butter and chocolate in the bowl and melt stirring to combine.
  4. Stir in sugar and stir until well combined.
  5. Remove for the heat and add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour into the prepared baking dish and even out.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few gooey crumbs. Do not over bake.
  8. Cool in pan. Cut into 24 brownies and serve.
