Best Ever Brownies
Notes/Suggestions: These are so good with a glass of milk or a cup of hot chocolate. Makes 24 brownies.Ingredients:
- 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter then dust with coco powder. Set aside.
- Create a double boiler by putting about 2 inches of water into a medium sized sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Put a heatproof bowl over the sauce pan so it fits nicely in the pan, but not touching the water.
- Put the butter and chocolate in the bowl and melt stirring to combine.
- Stir in sugar and stir until well combined.
- Remove for the heat and add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and even out.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few gooey crumbs. Do not over bake.
- Cool in pan. Cut into 24 brownies and serve.
