Spiced Nuts
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs raw nuts—any nuts that you want or an assortment of nuts
- 1 tsp Spice Hunter Grinder Brazilian Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Spice Hunter Allspice, Jamaican Ground
- ½ cup honey (more if you like it more gooey)
Directions:
- Spread the nuts onto a cookie sheet in an even, single layer. Toast in an oven set to 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until aromatic and just staring to turn golden.
- Remove from the oven and working quickly while the nuts are still hot, sprinkle the salt and allspice onto the nuts then drizzle the honey over the top. Using a wooden spoon, mix the nuts until they are evenly coated with the honey and seasonings; add more allspice or salt to taste.
