Spiced Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs raw nuts—any nuts that you want or an assortment of nuts
  • 1 tsp Spice Hunter Grinder Brazilian Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Spice Hunter Allspice, Jamaican Ground
  • ½ cup honey (more if you like it more gooey)

Directions:

  1. Spread the nuts onto a cookie sheet in an even, single layer. Toast in an oven set to 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until aromatic and just staring to turn golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and working quickly while the nuts are still hot, sprinkle the salt and allspice onto the nuts then drizzle the honey over the top. Using a wooden spoon, mix the nuts until they are evenly coated with the honey and seasonings; add more allspice or salt to taste.
