No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Need a no bake idea for your little one to do? This makes about 20 balls, more if you make them really small.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all natural creamy style peanut butter
  • ¼ cup non fat dried milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 Tbsp toasted wheat germ or flaxseed meal or a combination of the two
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
For topping:
  • ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cups unsweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
  • Mix all the ingredients together, except for toppings, until well incorporated.
  • Pinch off a portion of the dough about 1 tbsp big and roll into a ball. Roll the graham crackers or coconut flakes. This even a two year old can do with you.  Refrigerate in an airtight container.
