White Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces good quality white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature and cut into small pieces
Directions:
  1. Put the chips into a heatproof bowl.
  2. Bring the heavy cream to a boil, but do not scold it.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate and stir until smooth.
  4. Add the butter and stir until well combined and smooth and shiny.
This can be used as a glaze, filling or ice cream topping.
