White Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:- 10 ounces good quality white chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature and cut into small pieces
- Put the chips into a heatproof bowl.
- Bring the heavy cream to a boil, but do not scold it.
- Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Add the butter and stir until well combined and smooth and shiny.
