Salmon Sandwich Cominbations

If you have leftover salamon filltet or steaks from dinner, use them in a sandwich.  Poached, baked, grilled or fried, it doesn't matter, it will be delish no matter what.

• Really Red:  Red Lettuce, Red Onion, Red Tomato and Mayo
• California Dreamin:  Avocado, Sprouts, Lettuce, Tomato, Dijonaise (mayo and Dijon mustard mixed together)
• Southern Style:  Cole Slaw, Red Onion, Bacon, Tomato, BBQ sauce with mayo
• Hawaiian:  Pineapple, Cole Slaw, Teriyaki Sauce
• Mediterranean:  Garlic Mayo, Roasted Red Peppers, Sundried Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Kalamata Olives
