Deviled Ham

Notes/Suggestions:  Around the holidays some of us bake off a holiday ham and then have tons left over.  Here is a great way to use it up and the kids can do most of the work. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of cooked ham cut into1 inch pieces
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Onion or 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 Tbsp Sweet Relish
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients into a course pureed. Transfer to a bowl and cover.
  2. Chill well before serving. Serve with crackers or small sliced bread.
  3. It can also be put into a reuseable container and sent to school.
