Asian Slaw
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into matchsticks
- 2 Tbsp of chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp of chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp of soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
- ground black pepper
Directions:
- Whisk together the mayo and soy sauce.
- Toss the vegetables together in a bowl with the dressing.
- Season with ground black pepper to taste.
- Set slaw aside to "marry" while setting up the rest of your meal.
