Crockpot Chili

Notes/Suggestions:  Okay this could not get any easier.  Serve with totilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream and hot sauce and you are good to go.

Ingredeints:
  • 1 (19 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes
  • 2 lbs ground chuck, coarsely ground
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt  to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours. (High 5-6 hours).

Tip: You could use brisket of beef cut into small cubes instead of the ground chuck.
