Mango-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 2 Mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • ½ a large red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • Juice of one lime or lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large bunch of cilantro
  • ½ small chili pepper, finely chopped (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
