Lemon-Honey Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients until the dressing thickens and season to taste.
