Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and rough chopped.
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
  • sea salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

In a blender, puree the first five ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
A serving size is about 2 Tbsp-1/4 cup. Store remaining dressing covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
