Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and rough chopped.
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
- sea salt and ground black pepper
Directions:
In a blender, puree the first five ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.A serving size is about 2 Tbsp-1/4 cup. Store remaining dressing covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
