Black Cat Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 14oz cans of black beans drained and rinsed well
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
