Black Cat Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 14oz cans of black beans drained and rinsed well
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a food processor combine all the ingredients until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with chips.
