Homemade "Trail Mix"
Everyone I know has there favorite combination. Here is our recent concoction.Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dried cherries
- 1 cup of dried blueberries
- 1 cup of craisins
- 1 cup of chopped dried apricots
- 1 cup of chopped dried plums
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of roasted almonds
- 1 cup of cashews
- 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of Quaker Oatmeal Squares
Directions:
- Put everything in the bag, seal and shake to mix well. It makes a ton, but stores pretty well in a cool dry place. Serving sizes are about ½ cup.
