Apple Yogurt Sundae

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Apples
  • 4 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • ½ pure maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp chopped almond
  • 4 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
  • Frozen Vanilla Yogurt or Regular Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt.

Directions:

  1. Mix together the almond butter and maple syrup until it is the consistence of Carmel sauce. Core the apples and cut into small bite sized chunks.
  2. Scoop a serving of frozen or regular yogurt into each of the four bowls.
  3. Divide the apples evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Pour the almond butter/maple mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and coconut on top and serve.
