Apple Yogurt Sundae
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- 4 Tbsp Almond Butter
- ½ pure maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp chopped almond
- 4 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
- Frozen Vanilla Yogurt or Regular Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt.
Directions:
- Mix together the almond butter and maple syrup until it is the consistence of Carmel sauce. Core the apples and cut into small bite sized chunks.
- Scoop a serving of frozen or regular yogurt into each of the four bowls.
- Divide the apples evenly over the yogurt.
- Pour the almond butter/maple mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the chopped almonds and coconut on top and serve.
