Turkey Burgers
Makes six burgers.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp dehydrated onions
- 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning, or dried thyme and garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 6 1oz pieces of Monterey jack cheese
Directions:
- Mix the ground turkey with the onions and seasonings. Form into 12 equal sized thin patties.
- Sandwich a piece of cheese between two turkey patties and seal the edges well.
- Grill, bake or fry as desired. Serve on multi-grain buns.
