Turkey Burgers

Makes six burgers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp dehydrated onions
  • 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning, or dried thyme and garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 1oz pieces of Monterey jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix the ground turkey with the onions and seasonings. Form into 12 equal sized thin patties.
  2. Sandwich a piece of cheese between two turkey patties and seal the edges well.
  3. Grill, bake or fry as desired. Serve on multi-grain buns.
