Blue Cheese Burgers with Chives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chives, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Yellow Mustard
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
  2. Form mixture into desired number of patties.
  3. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness and serve.
