Blue Cheese Burgers with Chives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
courtesy of The Spice Hunter. Makes 6- 8 burgers.Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chives, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Yellow Mustard
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Form mixture into desired number of patties.
- Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness and serve.
