Quick and Easy Healthy Dessert: Brown Rice Pudding

Take any amount of leftover cooked brown rice. Put it into a pot with enough milk or soy milk to just cover the rice. Heat until the milk has started to be absorbed into the rice and it has become a thick pudding like substance. Add cinnamon & other spices, dried fruit and honey. The same technique can be used for leftover white rice as well.
