Getting Your Greens

With our busy lives, especially in the spring with sports, field trips, end of the school year activities and parties, I find it hard to make sure the kids are getting the amount of vegetables, especially, the green leafy kind, into their diet. Here is a product I have been using now for a couple of months. Complete Greens comes in a tablet and in a powder. The younger kids cannot swallow the whole tablet, so I break it in half for them; or use the powder and shake or blend it into smoothies or juice. I give the smaller kids a half dose and my nearly 12 year old a full dose.

The benefits are more phyto-nutrients, Vitamin C, some calcium and iron too. The best is that it contains probiotics and fiber so it keeps the digestive track and immune system working at its best. This helps a lot with the seasonal allergy symptoms too. It does contain wheat, so one child cannot take this product, but he is my best vegetable eater anyway. I give him the probiotics from Isotonix to keep his digestive track and immune system at peak performance.

Moms, try these products for you too…and jump into summer feeling great!
