The Give Away Rules

1. Winners will be notified by e-mail, if we have it, or via Prizey Fetch and asked to respond with full contact information within a certain period of time, usually 2 weeks unless otherwise noted in the giveaway information.
2. Winners who do not respond will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.
3. Contests are open to residents with a U.S. mailing address only, unless otherwise noted.
4. Winners must provide name, mailing address, and phone number for shipping purposes only.
5. All decisions made by iLunchBox are final.
6. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, not of iLunchBox.
7. Since most prizes are delivered directly from the company, iLunchBox is not responsible for any delays or substitutions that a company may make regarding the prize.
