September is Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® Month … so, join the celebration by making a commitment to adding just one more fruit or vegetable into your family’s daily intake. It really isn’t hard to do since all forms count: fresh, frozen, canned, dried and 100% juice. It all counts toward the daily intake.

Did you know that more than 90% of both adults and children do not eat the amount of fruits and vegetables recommended by the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for American? Take the pledge today to change that! Pledge to:
  • Add one more.
  • Try something new.
  • Educate yourself.
  • Teach the kids.
  • Try a new recipe.
  • Advise other moms.(That's what I'm doing right now)
  • Just pledge to do something.
