Ask Sadie
Q: My middle schooler is getting a lot of peer presure on what to eat and not eat during the lunchtime period, what should I do?
A. Talk to him/her to find out what it is exactly "the friends" say is the "right" food. This way you have some information to work with. Focus on establishing healthy eating habits now; it will set him/her up to be a healthy adult. For more info check out this article on School Lunch and Peer Pressure.
